Roles/ Responsibilities 主要职责

  • Assist with the planning of CSR activities, drafting of relevant emails or documents, and execution and management of these activities.

  • Assist with the firm-wide event, including but not limited to town hall, annual meeting,leadership meeting, employee activities and team building.

  • Perform general secretarial duties by document handling and time arrangement.

  • Logistic arrangement for external visitors: car arrangement and hotel booking.

  • Administrative work flow within Admin domain and other related department.

  • 协助企业社会责任活动规划,起草有关的电子邮件或文件,以及执行和管理这些活动。

  • 协助公司活动的举办,包括员工大会,年会,部门领导会议,员工活动和团队建设等。

  • 协助主管完成秘书类职务,如文件处理和行程安排。

  • 接待外部访客,为其预定车辆酒店等,以确保顺利完成来访行程。

  • 协助完成其他和行政相关的工作。

  • Requirements 任职要求

  • At least have one year working experience, in English, Communication, Journalism,Marketing, Advertising, Business or other related fields.

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and oral English skills.

  • Well organized data analysis and reporting skills & video production. 

  • Initiative & Adaptability – always show initiative at work and to learn new skills. 

  • Communication skills – speak and write in aclear, concise and organized manner;

  • Creative thinking – implement agreed-upon improvement within the job scope.

  • Customer focus – show the strong service consciousness .

  • Ownership – Confidentiality, Reliability,Attention to details, Time management.

  • Effective interpersonal skills - demonstrate strong problem solving skills, good organizational skills.

  • Flexibility - able to multi-task, feel comfortable in working across multiple departments and abilities to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment.
